About Me

I am currently a full time student attending Riverside City College, in Riverside, CA, participating in the 2 year certificate program for Applied Digital Media & Print. This blog was created to not only display my graphic & multimedia designs, but also many other creative talents that include video editing & production, photography, music, writing & poetry.

Most of my computer experience is PC based, I do have a little experience operating MAC computers as well. I use the Adobe Master Collection CS5 on own personal PC laptop and have access to it at school on MAC computers at school. Having access to the suite at home during my personal time has been a huge advantage for me as it has allowed to me learn to use the programs on a daily basis and use a lot of books such as the Classroom in a Book series and many online tutorials to train myself for programs like Encore and Premier Pro that are not currently available as classes at my school at the moment. So far I would say that I have intermediate experience with Photoshop and InDesign, with beginners experience using Encore, Premier Pro, Flash, and Illustrator. I have not taken courses yet on Illustrator, Dreamweaver, or After Effects, however I have manuals for each of them and plan to start training myself on each one up until classes begin for them in the 2011 Fall Semester. My personal goal is learn every single program in the Adobe Master Suite so that my options in the design field are virtually limitless!

I am interested in pursuing a career in design in the entertainment field as a graphic designer designing promotional materials and such, or doing some video editing working with television and film, so much of my focus will be on design, editing, and motion graphics. I am a very creative individual, and I am honored to be able to share my talents with others around the world.
